Established in 2005 Gelatino gourmet artisan gelato and sorbet has been a local favourite for generations of Perth restaurant owners and caterers.

Today our laboratory is dedicated to produce the same authentic Italian sensation with over 50 flavours between gelato and sorbet and a new vegan line.

Using uncle Melo, 4th generation gelato maker, unique family recipe, all of our gelato is made fresh daily in small batches, using only the finest products available, when possible sourcing locally and organically.

Gelatino offers a range of classic and innovative flavours to suit restaurants, cafe’,, delicatessen, catering companies, hotels and events requirements. From the ingredient selection to the temperature-controlled rooms and throughout the entire production process, we maintain careful control to ensure you excellence and consistency in every batch. To our clients, we offer delivery 5 days a week free of charge throughout metropolitan and regional Perth.
